Spicy Cookies
Spicy Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soft butter or margarine, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, separated, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream together butter and sugar; yolk, beat well. Sift together flour cinnamon.
Gradually to cream mixture, stirring well.
Spread dough evenly in a jelly roll pan (15 x 10-inch).
Beat egg white slightly.
Brush over top surface with finger tips.
Sprinkle dough and press in.
Bake in very slow
(275Β°) for 1 hour.
While cookies are warm, cut into 4 lengthwise and then cut 6 crosswise.
Cut each piece in half diagonally, makes 48 triangles.
