Spiced Pumpkin Fudge
Spiced Pumpkin Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. white sugar, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 3/4 c. evaporated milk, 3/4 c. canned pumpkin and 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In heavy saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter, pumpkin and spice.
Bring to a boil and simmer on medium heat, stirring constantly to 234° on candy thermometer.
Remove from heat; stir in butterscotch morsels, Marshmallow Crème, nuts and vanilla. Blend well!
Pour quickly into a well buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. When firm, cut into squares.
Remove from pan.
Pack into box and store in refrigerator.
Makes 3 pounds.
