Spaghetti with Fresh Tomato Sauce
Spaghetti With Fresh Tomato Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Skin the tomatoes by placing them in boiling water for 1 minute only.
Lift tomatoes with a perforated spoon and plunge into a bowl of cold water.
Peel off the skin then drain tomatoes on paper towels.
Chop tomatoes into cubes and mix with herbs, olive oil and seasoning.
Put into a glass bowl and cover and allow to sit for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the spaghetti as directed, then drain. Toss spaghetti with tomatoes and serve immediately.
