Spaghetti Carbonara(American Style)
Spaghetti Carbonara(American Style) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. canadian bacon, 3 egg yolks, beaten, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, 2 tsp. olive oil and 8 oz. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Saute onion and bacon with oil and butter.
Put a teaspoon of olive oil in boiling water before putting the spaghetti to cook. Set aside in a warm dish when cooked.
Add yolks, parsley, cheese and cream to bacon, stirring over low heat.
Mix cooked spaghetti with egg and cheese mixture; serve immediately.
