Southern Ham And Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 4 c. self-rising flour, 1 1/2 c. buttermilk, butter, melted and cooked ham, sliced and cut into 1 1/4-inch squares, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut 1 cup butter into flour until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Stir in buttermilk until dry ingredients are moistened. Knead dough 3 or 4 times on lightly floured surface.
Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut with a 1 1/2-inch biscuit cutter. Place on lightly greased baking sheets.
Bake at 425Β° for 12 to 14 minutes.
Brush with melted butter.
Serve with ham and mustard.
