Sourdough Hot Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sourdough starter, 1 tsp. soda, dissolved in a little warm water, 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 eggs and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Pour 1/4 cup at a time onto a medium hot griddle, lightly greased.
When the top becomes dry looking (in 3 to 4 minutes), turn and cook other side another 3 minutes or until second side is golden brown.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
