Sourdough Biscuits
Sourdough Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. proofed sourdough batter, 2 1/4 c. flour, 1 tbsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. sugar and 1/2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and cut in butter.
Mix milk with batter and stir into dry ingredients.
Knead on a board for about 30 seconds.
Roll dough to 1/2 inch thick; cut into circles with glass or biscuit cutter.
Place on greased cookie sheet. Allow to rise 30 minutes.
Brush with melted butter or milk and bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
