Sour Cream Potato Salad
Sour Cream Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium potatoes, 1/2 c. finely chopped ham, 1/3 c. onion, chopped, 1/3 c. green pepper, chopped and 1 tbsp. oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cook potatoes in salt water 25 to 30 minutes.
Drain.
Slice potatoes.
In a skillet cook ham, onion, green pepper and celery in oleo until tender.
Drain off fat.
Stir in sour cream, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Heat thoroughly but do not boil. Combine sour cream mixture and potatoes.
Serve at once.
