Sorrel Soup
Sorrel Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. sorrel leaves, 1 onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 3 c. chicken/meat broth and 4 potatoes, cut in small pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Fry an onion in olive oil until translucent.
Add sorrel leaves and let melt until it forms a thick sauce.
Heat broth in pot. Add potatoes; cook until they start to fall apart.
Add the sorrel sauce. Whisk all until smooth. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
