Skillet Stuffed Peppers
Skillet Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. rice, cooked, 3/4 lb. ground beef, 1/4 c. minced fresh onions, 3 tbsp. a.1. steak sauce and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

While rice is cooking, in medium skillet, brown beef until crumbly; drain.
Add onion; cook until onion is soft.
Remove from heat.
Mix in A.1., salt, pepper, tomato sauce, corn and rice. Cut tops, seeds and membranes from peppers; discard.
Fill peppers with meat and rice mixture.
In a 10-inch skillet, place peppers and carrots.
Add butter and water.
Simmer, covered, for 30 to 40 minutes, or until carrots are tender.
Serves 6.
