Simple Never-Fail Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope dry yeast, 2 c. lukewarm water, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, beaten and 1/2 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water in bowl.
Stir in sugar, eggs, oil and salt.
Add flour, 2 cups at a time, mixing to form stiff dough.
Place in oiled bowl, turning to oil surface.
Let rise, covered with damp cloth, until doubled in bulk.
Knead on floured surface until smooth and elastic.
Shape into rolls; place in greased baking pan or muffin cups.
Brush with oil.
Let rise until doubled in bulk.
