Shrimp Victoria
Shrimp Victoria is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. raw gulf shrimp, 1 c. sour cream, 1 small onion, 1/4 c. oleo and 1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Peel and clean shrimp.
Saute shrimp and onion in oleo for 10 minutes or until shrimp are pink and tender.
Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes more.
Sprinkle in flour, salt and pepper.
Stir in sour cream and cook gently for 10 minutes, not allowing mixture to boil.
Serve over rice.
