Shrimp Primavera
Shrimp Primavera is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. olive oil, 1/2 c. butter, 3 cloves garlic, chopped, 1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel and 1 zucchini, sliced in strips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Butter oil. Add peel and garlic and simmer 1 minute.
Add zucchini and green/red peppers.
Saute for 2 minutes.
Add shrimp and mushrooms.
Remove from heat.
Place in fridge and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Return to stove. Saute mixture until shrimp are pink (about
3 to 5 minutes).
In the last few minutes stir in salt, pepper, basil, parsley lemon juice. Spoon over cooked spaghetti and toss well.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
