Shrimp And Pasta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 lb. jumbo shrimp, 3/4 to 1 c. lite virgin olive oil, 2 cans mushrooms and 1/2 can juice, 2 cans minced clams and 1 can juice and 2 c. wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Heat oil to lightly brown garlic.
Add mushrooms, clams and a little salt and pepper and a cup of wine.
Also, add some butter and the spices you like.
Reduce and then add another cup of wine and the shrimp and cook until done.
Serve over linguine al dente.
