Shish Kabobs
Shish Kabobs is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 lb. boneless sirloin steak, 4 tsp. garlic salt, 1 tsp. black pepper, 2 tsp. dry mustard and 2 tsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cut meat into cubes.
Combine garlic salt, pepper, mustard, chili powder, onion, vinegar, catsup and oil in small bowl.
Place cubes of meat in plastic bag and pour combined ingredients over meat.
Close bag and turn bag so meat is completely covered. Refrigerate overnight.
Pierce onions with ice pick several times to prevent them from falling apart when you add them to boiling water for 10 minutes.
Add green pepper to same boiling water for 5 minutes, stirring meat and vegetables on skewers alternately.
