Sherried Parmesan Chicken
Sherried Parmesan Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned, 1 can golden mushroom soup, 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained, 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese and 1 tbsp. sherry (can use water), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place chicken in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
Add soup, mushrooms, cheese and sherry.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour, until tender.
Remove chicken to rice covered platter; keep warm.
Stir sour cream into sauce.
Serve over chicken and rice.
