Sesame Chicken(Stir-Fried)
Sesame Chicken(Stir-Fried) is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch wide strips, 4 tsp. soy sauce, 1/2 c. dry sherry, 2 tsp. cornstarch and 2 tbsp. peanut oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Place first 4 ingredients in bowl and stir.
Let marinate 15 minutes.
Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat.
Add peas, garlic and chili paste and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add chicken with marinade and stir-fry 3 minutes.
Add bamboo shoots and water chestnuts and stir-fry until chicken is almost cooked through, almost 2 minutes.
Mix in broth.
Add sesame seed and green onions.
Stir-fry 30 seconds.
Add sesame oil and toss to coat.
Serve with rice.
