Seafood Newburg
Seafood Newburg is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced, 1 bunch scallions, chopped, 1/3 c. flour and 1 c. dry white wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt butter; saute mushrooms until wilted.
Add scallions; saute a few minutes.
Stir in flour.
Gradually add wine and cream.
Add cheese.
Stir over low heat until sauce bubbles and thickens.
Add shrimp, flounder and scallops.
Season to taste and pour into 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Mix crumbs and margarine. Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 60 minutes.
