Seafood Fettucini
Seafood Fettucini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, approximately 8 to 10 oz. chopped cooked shrimp, approximately 2 c. snow crab meat, 2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms and 1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Melt butter.
Add garlic; cook until light brown.
Add shrimp, crab and mushrooms.
Saute until mushrooms are slightly limp.
Add lemon juice and cream.
Bring to high temperature, but don't boil. Add yolks and whip to make sauce.
Add fettucini, cheese and parsley; stir well.
Serve garlic bread with this.
Serves 3 to 4.
