Seafood Fettuccine
Seafood Fettuccine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1/4 c. grated carrot, 2 tbsp. flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a large pan melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and carrot; saute.
Stir in flour and salt.
Blend in half and half and milk.
Stir in parsley and basil.
Cook 5 to 10 minutes or until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly.
Stir in shrimp and scallops. Increase temperature to medium-high.
Cook about 8 minutes or until seafood is opaque, stirring frequently.
Stir in cooked fettuccine.
Toss to coat.
Heat through.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
