Seafood Chowder
Seafood Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 or 4 strips bacon, 2 c. potatoes, 1 can clams, drained, 1 can crabmeat, drained (save juice) and 1/4 lb. shrimp, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Fry bacon until crisp; drain.
Add potatoes and juice.
Simmer for 20 minutes, or until potatoes are cooked.
Add clams, crabmeat, shrimp, milk, half and half, creamed corn, salt, pepper and thyme to taste; add parsley.
Cook until it starts to boil. One-half cup wine is optional.
