Seafood Casserole with Mushrooms
Seafood Casserole With Mushrooms is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked rice, 1 c. chopped celery, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 green bell pepper, chopped and 2 t. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cook rice following package directions; drain.
Spoon into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Saute celery, onion and green pepper in margarine in skillet until lightly browned.
Blend butter and flour in a saucepan.
Cook for 1 minute.
Stir in milk and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add sauteed vegetables, mayonnaise, shrimp, crab meat, tuna and mushrooms; mix well.
Pour over rice.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
