Seafoam Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. water, 1 egg white and pinch of cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix water and sugar together and boil on high about 5 minutes. While mixture boils, beat egg whites in a stainless steel bowl until stiff peak forms.
Pour hot syrup mixture slowly over egg whites and beat about 5 more minutes, until candy forms soft peaks.
Dip spoonfuls onto wax paper.
