Cream butter.

Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to 11 x 17-inch rectangle 1/2-inch thick.

Transfer to cookie sheets.

Prick cookies with a fork. Bake in preheated 300Β° oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.

Remove immediately to wire racks to cool.

Yields about 70.
