Scandinavian Waffles
Scandinavian Waffles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 1/2 c. heavy cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Sift, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a large mixing bowl.
In a medium bowl, mix together cream, margarine and egg yolks.
Add to flour mixture and stir only until flour is moist. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold into batter. Let batter stand for 1 hour.
Spray waffle iron with vegetable cooking spray and preheat.
Use 1/2 cup batter for each waffle.
