Scandinavian Salad
Scandinavian Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can french-cut green beans, 1 can green peas or 1 can peas and small onions, 1 jar pimento, 1 medium onion, sliced and made into rings and 1 stalk celery, cut in bite size pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Mix drained beans, peas, pimento, celery and onion.
Make a dressing of the sugar, vinegar, oil and seasonings in pan; heat to boiling.
Pour over vegetables.
Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Drain well before serving.
Keeps several days. Yields 12 servings.
