Scalloped Potatoes

Place 1/3 of potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole.
Place 1/3 of onion on top of potatoes.
Mix flour, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle 1/3 of this mixture on top of onion.
Repeat layers twice.
Pour hot milk and chicken broth over all.
Cover.
Bake at 375Β° for 1 1/4 hours.
Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Serves 5 to 6. A 1/2 cup serving contains 73 calories and 0.1 gram of fat.
