Scalloped Potatoes
Scalloped Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. potatoes, sliced thin, 3 tbsp. margarine, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Peel and slice potatoes.
Melt margarine and add flour, salt and paprika.
Stir until smooth.
Add milk slowly.
Cook over medium heat and stir until sauce thickens and boils.
Put 1/2 of potatoes in greased casserole and add 1/2 of sauce.
Place slices of cheese on top.
Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top. Cover and bake at 350Β° for 60 minutes.
Uncover and bake additional 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
