Scalloped Corn
Scalloped Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 1/4 c. onion, 1/4 c. green pepper, 2 tbsp. flour and 1/2 tsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute the onion and green pepper in the butter. Blend in and cook until bubbly the flour, paprika, dash of pepper, salt and dry mustard. Remove from heat. Add the milk gradually. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat. Add the corn and egg.
Pour into 1-quart baking dish.
Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350Β°.
