Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms (approximately 30), 1/2 lb. pork sausage, 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded and 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Remove stems from mushroom caps.
Chop and set aside.
Cook sausage in skillet; drain, but reserve 2 tablespoons of drippings. Cook stems in drippings over medium heat until tender.
Remove from heat and add sausage, cheese and crumbs.
Preheat oven to 450Β°.
Fill caps with mixture and bake for 15 minutes.
