Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. medium white mushrooms, 4 oz. sweet sausage, 1/3 c. grated mozzarella cheese, 2 tbsp. melted butter and 1 tbsp. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Clean mushrooms; remove stems.
Chop stems and set aside.
Cook sausage in skillet, chopping up finely, until browned.
Remove meat from pan.
Add mushroom stems to pan.
Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add sausage; mix.
Remove from heat.
Add cheeses and bread crumbs.
Mix; let cool.
Brush outside of caps with butter and stuff with sausage mixture.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 450Β° in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
May be frozen and cooked directly from freezer for 18 to 20 minutes.
Makes about 3 dozen.
