Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lbs fresh mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed, 1 lb bulk sausage, mild or hot, 1 medium onion, chopped finely, 1 t crushed garlic and 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown sausage in skillet and remove from pan.
Drain off all but 2 T grease from pan. Chop mushroom stems finely and brown with onions and garlic in grease until onions just start turning golden; drain and remove from pan.
