Sausage Soup
Sausage Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. italian sausage, 1 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 clove garlic, 1 1/2 c. chopped celery and 1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown sausage in soup pot; remove and set aside.
Saute onion, celery and garlic in a little of the fat from sausage until vegetables become soft.
Add all the other ingredients except noodles and beans (including sausage) and simmer 30 minutes.
Add noodles and beans.
Cook until noodles are soft, 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with a loaf of French bread.
