Sausage-Potato Bake
Sausage-Potato Bake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. potatoes, peeled and cut into 2-inch chunks, 1/2 small head cabbage, thinly sliced, 2 tbsp. oil, 3/4 tsp. salt and 3/4 tsp. thyme, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
In roasting pan, combine potatoes, cabbage, oil, salt, thyme, paprika and pepper.
Bake until potatoes are almost tender, about 30 minutes.
Add kielbasa.
Bake until heated through and potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in a saucepan over high heat bring broth, red onion, parsley, vinegar and mustard to a boil.
Remove from heat; pour over potato mixture and toss to coat.
Serves 6.
