Sausage or Turkey Bake
Sausage Or Turkey Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. sausage or 2 c. cooked turkey pieces, 8 pieces cubed bread, 4 eggs, 2 1/4 c. milk and 3/4 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Brown sausage.
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put bread in bottom of pan, then add sausage or turkey.
Beat eggs, milk and mustard.
(If using turkey, use sage, 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon, instead of mustard.) Pour over bread and sausage.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and store in refrigerator overnight.
Next day, pour on mushroom soup mixed with 1/2 cup of milk.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
