Sausage Breakfast Casserole
Sausage Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bread, crust removed, 1 lb. sausage, fried and drained, 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated, 6 eggs, well beaten and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Butter a 9x13 inch dish.
Spread margarine on bread slices, place in baking dish.
Crumble sausage over bread, sprinkle cheese over sausage.
Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper, mix well. Pour over cheese.
Cover casserole and chill overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking.
Bake casserole uncovered at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until set and cheese is bubbling.
