Sausage Breakfast Casserole
Sausage Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bread, trim crust, butter, 1 lb. bulk pork sausage, 1 1/2 c. Remove crust from bread; spread bread slices with butter. Place on a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish and set aside. Cook sausage until brown, stirring to crumble.
Drain well.
Spoon over bread slices.

Pour over cheese.
Cover casserole and chill overnight.
