Sausage and Minestrone Soup
Sausage And Minestrone Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. bulk italian sausage, 1 c. chopped onion, 2 cloves garlic, chopped, 8 c. water and 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained and broken up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In large pot, brown sausage, onion and garlic.
Pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients, except beans, spaghetti and cheese. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour. Stir in beans and pasta.
Bring back to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, until beans are tender.
Serve with Parmesan cheese.
