Sausage and Egg Casserole
Sausage And Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices white bread, cubed, 1 1/2 lb. sausage, browned, 8 eggs, well beaten, 1 1/2 c. milk and 1/2 onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Grease 9 x 12-inch pan.
Place bread cubes in bottom of pan. Cook sausage until crumbled and drain.
Cover bread with sausage, grated cheese and chopped onion.
Mix milk, eggs and dry mustard. Pour over ingredients in baking dish.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake in 375Β° oven for 45 minutes.
Bake, covered, for 30 minutes and uncover for last 15 minutes.
Let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
Serves 8 to 10.
