Saturday'S Ham And Egg Scramble is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cut up cooked ham, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/3 c. milk and 5 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine ham and butter in an 8-inch round dish covered with wax paper.
Cook at High 2 to 3 minutes; stir once.
Combine cream cheese and milk; blend in eggs, salt and pepper.
Add to ham. Cook, covered, at Medium for 5 to 6 minutes or until eggs are almost set.
Stir twice.
Let stand, covered, 3 minutes before serving.
