Salmon Steaks with Herbed Lemon Butter
Salmon Steaks With Herbed Lemon Butter is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. diet margarine, grated peel of 1/2 lemon, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped and 1 tbsp. fresh herbs, chopped (any combination of tarragon, rosemary and/or basil can be used or 1 tsp. dried herbs may be used instead of fresh), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine all ingredients but salmon, oil and lemon.
On wax paper, shape mixture into 1 x 7-inch roll. Wrap and chill.
Brush salmon with oil. Barbecue, grill or broil 4-inches from heat 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
To serve, top salmon with 1 teaspoon each of the margarine and garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
Makes 4 to 6 servings. Equals
