Salmon Soufflé

Melt butter, add flour and milk and cook until thick.
Add all ingredients above (egg yolks only).
Beat egg whites stiff, and gently fold into mixture.
Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350° until a knife comes out clean, about 45 to 50 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
