Salmon Patties
Salmon Patties is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 fresh salmon steaks, 18 ritz crackers, crushed, 1 chopped onion, chopped parsley and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Remove skin from salmon steaks before cooking.
Boil salmon steaks in salted water for 7 to 8 minutes.
Drain and cool.
Flake to remove bones.
Saute onion and parsley in 1/2 stick margarine. Add to salmon.
Add crackers, egg and salt and pepper to taste. Mix and make into patties.
Fry to brown on both sides in butter or margarine.
