Salmon Fritters
Salmon Fritters is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. flour, sifted, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. corn meal and 1 egg, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir in corn meal.
Combine egg and milk; stir into dry ingredients until just combined.
Break salmon into bite size pieces and fold into batter.
Drop by rounded tablespoons into deep hot fat (375Β°). Fry until golden brown, about 4 minutes.
Drain on paper towels. Serve with creamed English peas.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
