Salmon Fondue
Salmon Fondue is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 slices bread, crusts removed and cut into 1-inch cubes, 1 c. milk, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 can red salmon and 3 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat milk in double boiler; add bread, butter and liquid from salmon.
Add beaten egg yolks and salt; cook until thick.
Add cheese.
Cool and add salmon.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.
Bake in buttered dish.
Place dish in pan of water and bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
