Salmon Croquettes
Salmon Croquettes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter, melted, 1/3 c. flour, 1 c. milk, 3 eggs and 1 large salmon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Blend butter flour.
Add milk
1 egg.
Cook until thickened. Stir in salmon, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, pepper. Cook until mixture begins to bubble. Add 1 egg. Continue cooking until egg whites harden. Chill for a few hours.
Shape into balls.
Roll in crumbs. Dip into beaten egg again and roll in crumbs.
Fry in deep hot fat.
