Salmon Cheddar Pie
Salmon Cheddar Pie is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 large eggs, 1/4 c. milk, 3 tbsp. chopped parsley, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted and 2 tbsp. minced green onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Heat oven to 425Β°.
Beat eggs in large bowl; add milk, 2 tablespoons of the parsley, butter, green onion, 1 tablespoon of the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and mustard; mix well.
Fold in cheese and salmon; pour into cooled pie shell.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until just set and crust is golden brown.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Combine sour cream, cucumber, remaining 1 tablespoon parsley, dill, remaining 1 teaspoon lemon juice and pepper.
Mix well.
Serve sour cream mixture over pie.
