Salmon Blush(Low-Fat)
Salmon Blush(Low-Fat) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. salmon filets, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 tsp. garlic, chopped and 2 tbsp. capers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
In a large saute pan over medium-high heat, add butter and olive oil.
Once butter and oil are heated, add salmon.
Saute for 8 minutes, turning salmon over every 2 minutes. Next add garlic, capers, wine and cream. Bring to a simmer and let simmer for 4 minutes.
Add parsley, salt and pepper. Serve.
