Preheat oven to 350° 10 minutes before baking.
Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
Heat milk, shortening and water to very warm.
Blend 1 1/3 cups flour with sugar, salt and dry yeast in large bowl.
Blend warm liquids into flour at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Add 2/3 cup remaining flour and eggs and beat at high speed for 2 minutes.
Add rest of flour and mix well.
Cover and let rise until double, about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Punch down and turn into prepared pan.
Cover and let rise about 30 minutes.
Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
