Salisbury Steak
Salisbury Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed onion soup, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix well 1/3 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper.
Shape into 6 oval patties; brown.
Pour off excess fat. Add remaining soup, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Gradually blend water into flour until smooth.
Stir into soup mixture.
Pour over patties; cover and cook on low 20 minutes.
